DEVELOPING: Two Israelis were killed and another was injured Thursday after a stabbing attack by a Palestinian man inside an office building and shopping center in Tel Aviv, Israeli media reported.

The attacker, who was arrested after being partially subdued by a civilian, revealed to interrogators that he is from the Palestinian city of Dura, the Algemeiner reports.

The violence began at the Panorama office building and shopping center in the southern part of the city. Authorities said the assault started at a shop where people were engaging in mid-day afternoon prayers.

The attacker then went to a lower floor and continued his spree until he was hit by a civilian with a metal pipe, the Algemeiner reports.

Police arrested the man and began an interrogation in a nearby shop.

News agency RT reported that the attack took place in the building of their local bureau and all staff members are safe.
